How long should my workout take?

A thirty minute workout is usually sufficient if it is intense enough.

How many times a week should I workout?

If you are a beginner one upper body and one lower body resistance training and two days a week aerobics. For those who are more advanced, two days a week upper two days a week lower and three to four days of aerobics.
